Pay Scale : Rs.51300-73000/-P.M.
Educational Criteria : The applicant must have a post graduate degree or equivalent with specialization in HR/PM/IR or in related domains. Candidates with certifications in OB, T&D, Competency Mapping etc. will be preferred.
Experience : Should have minimum post qualification experience of 15 years of which at least 3 years should be as Head of HR function in large sized establishment. Should also have hands on experience in managing core HR processes.
