Notification : National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) invites all eligible graduates Engineers candidates, who are appearing GATE 2014 for Executive Trainees. Recruitment 2013 Executive Trainees Through GATE 2014. The online applications for NTPC recruitment start from 20thDecember, 2013 and ends on 18th January, 2014.

Age Limit : 27 years
Educational Criteria : B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering /AMIE in the respective discipline with not less than 65 % Marks.
Salary :
Candidates selected, will be placed in scale Rs.24900 - 50500/- with basic pay Rs.24900/- during 1 year training period. After the completion of probation period National Thermal Power Corporation Limited will absorb them in the same pay scale with basic pay Rs. 25650/- .

After applying online for NTPC ET-2014 the candidate should take a print out of the system generated application form, suffix a passport size photo and submit it along with GATE 2014 admit card at the time of Interview /group discussion.
Qualifying Process :
Depending upon GATE 2014 score a merit list is prepared and the candidates are called for Interview / Group Discussion. GATE score is the main criteria required for NTPC recruitment of Executive Trainees.
